I am pissed off.

This is the 4th time my wallet/identity has been stole. I can't take anything like this ever happening again. I want to know why if the whole things is caught on a security camera why a cop cannot fucking access the tape and put out a suspect alert for the bastard/bitch. I want to know why there are no more decent human beings left in this world, that when they find someone's purse, they do not return it to the place of business it was discovered at but instead go and try to spend someone elses money that they worked hard to use. And after the first failed attempt they try again, and again, and again. And after realizing they will not get anything they throw the shit away instead of turning it in somewhere and playing coy. I will always return things that are not mine, I will always hand in wallets, purses, phones, and other items. People are cruel and stupid.
